Perth Airport terminals
Perth Airport has four passenger terminals in total and handles both domestic and international flights. It’s an immense complex and the fourth busiest airport in the entire country.
Terminal 1 is the main terminal, providing both international and domestic flights for travellers. It’s home to Qantas, Emirates, Malaysia Airlines, Virgin Australia, and Singapore Airlines. There are four levels in Terminal 1:
- Ground floor: this is where you’ll find arrivals and departures.
- Level 1: this is where you’ll get help if you need it, and arrange your outboard immigration.
- Level 2: this level contains the terminal’s airline lounges for Qantas, Emirates, Malaysia Airlines, and Singapore Airlines.
- Level 3: you can find the restrooms on this level.
The remaining terminals are much smaller. Terminal 2 provides domestic flights for Virgin, Alliance Airline, and REX Airlines. Terminals 3 and 4 offer flights for Jetstar and Qantas airlines.
Perth Airport parking and pick-up
There’s plenty of parking options at Perth Airport, so you can select the right spot for your trip. They include:
- Long Term Parking—this is ideal for long trips of a day or more. It’s available in every terminal.
- Outdoor Long Term Car Park—this is another park that is ideal for longer stays, but is a more affordable option because it’s located a little further away from the airport. You’ll need to catch a quick five-minute shuttle bus, which operates from 4:30am to 11:20pm.
- Short Term Parking—this is the place to park if you’re staying for less than a day. It’s super close to the check-in terminal, so you can easily meet people if needed.
- Fast Track Business Parking—if you’re a business traveller wanting the quickest and most convenient park, this is for you. It’s just a one-minute walk to the terminal.
- Regional Terminal Parking—this park is for anyone travelling with Skippers and Network, Cobham, or Maroomba airlines.
Perth Airport also has a few pick-up and drop-off options:
- Pick-up and drop-off bays—you can quickly pick up or drop off passengers here, but won’t be allowed to dawdle.
- Park and wait—you can park for an hour free in this area, or pay $10 for four hours.
- Express pick-up and drop-off—these are bays in T2 where you can wait for up to five minutes to pick someone up.
Perth Airport facilities
Perth Airport has tons of great facilities, including shops, cafes, bars and restaurants to refuel, as well as free showers, baggage storage, and postal services. You can also access free Wi-Fi across the entire airport.
