FAQs

Can I get a tax invoice after every job?

Yes – you can open a Global Credit Card account, whereby your nominated credit card for each transfer will be charged upon the completion of each job.

Can I book online?

Yes – when you open an account with us, you will have access to your own management portal. From there, you can easily book and manage your jobs in one place.

Can I request a particular chauffeur?

We can set up a profile that includes your preferred chauffeur/s. While we cannot guarantee they will be available for every job, we do everything possible to ensure your chauffeur/s of choice are allocated.

When will I know who the chauffeur is for my job?

The details of your chauffeur will be updated in the portal as soon as a chauffeur is allocated to your job. In addition, you will receive an SMS approximately 30 minutes before the nominated pick-up time, which includes a live tracking link and details of your chauffeur and vehicle.

Do you have different-sized vehicles?

Yes. Our luxury and well-appointed fleet includes sedans, SUVs, people movers, and a range of buses & coaches. Visit Our Fleet or contact our customer service team to find out more.

What is the lead time for a booking?

Generally, the lead time is two hours prior to the pick-up time. However, if you need something more urgent, we can generally accommodate. With short-notice bookings, we recommend calling your local Hughes office for the most efficient service.
